What is your returns policy?

If you aren't happy with an item to us for any reason, please notify us on our contact form ensuring you include your order number. You must ensure the item is returned to us within 28 days of you receiving it, and it must be returned in a saleable condition with all tags and packaging included. We will then refund you the full cost of the item to the original payment method.

I'm having trouble placing an order on your website, who can I contact?

If you are experiencing any issues on the website, please inform us using our contact form so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, we will notify you of any tracking information. All of our deliveries are made with APC.
